Ten Bay Beach in Eleuthera, the Bahamas, is a close second, with close to a quarter of the reviews talking about the clear, calm waters. Its beautiful beaches and calm waters are often praised in the reviews as being great for families with kids. There are many places in the U.S. with some of the calmest waters, and many of them are in Hawaii, which has eight out of the ten beaches with the calmest waters in the nation.
