S’More Cookie Recipe: Preparation Method

Roll up your sleeves and start mixing! Below is this S’More cookie recipe’s step-by-step preparation method.

Step one
Cream the sugar and butter together with a mixer. Whisk the two kinds of flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar and butter batter. Then, combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture, adding half the chocolate chips. Let the mixture chill for an hour afterward.

Step two
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with paper and line the cookies in the pan. Bake for up to 12 minutes until the S’More cookies have turned golden brown.

Step three
Melt the remaining chocolate, flip half of the cookies over, and spread a thin layer of chocolate over the flipped half.

Step four
Toast each marshmallow on a stick until gooey. Put it on a cookie that doesn’t have chocolate on its underside and squish it with one that does.

The last step is: Enjoy!
