- 1 pkg. of milk chocolate brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. of almond extract
- ¾ cup of heavy cream
- ¾ cup of mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 36 drained maraschino cherries
First, grease and flour the mini cups, and make the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and almond extract. Divide the batter among the cups and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool, and prepare the mascarpone cream and sugar for the stiff white peaks.
Berry-Cherry Cheesecake Bars
- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- ½ cup of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- ½ tsp. of almond extract
- ½ cup of raspberries
- 4 oz. fresh cherries, pitted, halved
- Mint sprigs (optional)

- 1¼ cups butter, at room temp.
- 12 drops liquid red food coloring
- 8 oz. fresh cherries, pitted, halved
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Prepare the brownie mix and let it sit. Create the cream for the middle, fold in the cherries, and spread it on top. For the best results, let it chill for two hours. Melt the chocolate and butter, spread on top, and let that cool. Lastly, melt the white chocolate and drizzle it on top.
